1. We assist you with choices of kitchen units, wall tiles and flooring for your new home (only available if you reserve your property early).

2. You will receive regular updates about the construction and purchase process of your property. This includes information about the exchange, completion and occupation dates (when known).

3. We will arrange a Home Demonstration with you prior to the completion of your property. We will demonstrate how the features and appliances in your home operate.

4. We will provide you with a detailed Home File with information about the materials and appliances in your new home.

5. Advice on the NHBC Buildmark warranty is applicable to every home that we build. A comprehensive guide explaining the cover is supplied within your Home File.

6. We conduct a snagging inspection with you after 7 days in your new home. Often issues only arise once the property is occupied and we shall correct any that have risen within that time. After 6 months we will check again to resolve any further items that need attention. Please note that any urgent problems will be dealt with outside of these formal checks.

7. After the initial 7 day snagging a dedicated Customer Care Service provided by our partners AfterBuild (or ourselves depending on the location of the site), is in place to be of assistance to you once you have moved into your new home.

8. AfterBuild provide out of hours emergency care cover (electrical, heating, water supply or security emergencies) for 2 years when they are responsible for the plot. Alternative arrangements apply when we manage the maintenance period.

9. We are responsible for defects for 2 years (and enforce any warranties within your new home for the 1st year of its construction). If you have any queries about this please contact us.
