Built in two phases these six houses comprised a pair of semi-detached cottages, two detached cottages and two detached houses. Quietly located between the town centre and the local common abutting the River Avon, these attractive properties were a challenge to build due to difficult access for large vehicles, but nevertheless were completed on time and enjoy a unique location much appreciated by their new owners.
