We rarely build on green-field sites; most of our developments are built on previously used land where we have taken all the necessary steps to prepare the site for redevelopment before starting construction. In this way we are contributing towards the preservation of the countryside around our towns and villages.
As part of being aware of our responsibility towards the environment, our architects and engineers are always seeking out innovative and more sustainable methods of construction. We also take great care to provide attractive landscaping on all our developments and select the best mix of plants to attract a diverse variety of wildlife.

A qualified Chartered Surveyor, Stephen is responsible for site finding, planning and shares responsibility for the construction process with Eileen. With more years experience in house-building than he would care to admit, he still loves going to work and is proud of his small but happy and effective team.

Eileen Murphy
It may be easier to describe what she doesn’t do rather than list her many duties. Amongst them are sales, marketing, and everything to do with what goes into our homes, as well as liaising with our contractors; Eileen is nothing less than a human dynamo!

Samantha Luckhurst
Sam’s previous experience in real estate was as PA to the chairman of a major property company in London. She keeps up amused with her quick wit and sideways view of life. She is the office administrator and, most importantly, she is our Customer Care Co-ordinator. She will deal with any building problems on your behalf for a period of two years after legal completion.
